We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refund Eligibility: Students may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course.
• Request Process: To request a refund, please email us at info@happyheartshub.com  with your order details and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Non-refundable Cases: Once the course has been accessed beyond the eligibility limit or if the refund request is made after the specified period, the fees will be considered non-refundable.

As our courses are digital products, we do not accept returns in a traditional sense. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns about course content or delivery.

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, please follow these guidelines:

• Cancellation Requests: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@happyheartshub.com
• Eligibility for Cancellation: If the cancellation request is received within 7 days of enrollment, and before accessing more than 10% of the course, you may be eligible for a full refund.
• No Show Policy: Students who do not attend the first class without prior notice and or are absent for 10% of the total attendance of the duration of the course he or she will not be eligible for a refund.
