Class materials are available on the LMS. You can access them by logging into your account and navigating to your enrolled course.
To start the enrollment process, click the “Enroll Now” button located at the top left of the Happy Hearts Hub website. Proceed to fill out the information asked. For a more detailed guide on enrollment, please click this link to go to the enrollment process step by step.
After filling out the information from the “Enroll Now” page, you will receive an email to the provided address stating your enrollment is under evaluation. If your enrollment passes the review, you will receive an email for confirmation on your enrollment together with your portal account information. A payment gateway will be present in the email for the assessment test if you are enrolling for the course-based curriculum. If enrolling for private tutoring, you will initially receive an email of confirmation followed by another email with the payment gateway to pay the tuition fee.
- For course-based enrollment, you will be asked to pay the assessment fee first to take the assessment exam, allowing us to place you in the proper course for your English level. Afterward, you will be asked to pay the tuition fee. Course-based enrollment requires quarterly payments with an initial lock-in period of 6 months, during which you cannot opt-out. You will need to make three payments in total: the assessment fee, the first quarter fee, and the second quarter fee.
- For tutoring service payments, they are done monthly, with a one-month lock-in period. You can choose to opt out of the service after every month.
After enrollment and the first payment has been confirmed, you will be scheduled for an online orientation from Happy Hearts Hub in Big Blue, our online platform, using the portal account issued to you during enrollment. During the orientation, you will be informed about how the Happy Hearts Hub teaching service operates, your schedule, and the rules and regulations for students.
Student Inquiries
If you miss a class, you will be required to attend remedial sessions on Mondays to cover the missed material. Please refer to our attendance policy for more details.
You can provide feedback using the Feedback Form available on our website or through the link provided in your course completion email. Your feedback helps us improve our services.
